Skills, Agency & Opportunity Pathways
Many of the women and girls we serve face barriers that extend beyond access to skills training. WITU combines technical training with agency building, personalized support, and direct connections to employers, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and income-generating opportunities.
Confidence
Participants build self-belief, resilience, and motivation, empowering them to pursue education, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities with confidence.
Voice
Participants strengthen communication, self-advocacy, and decision-making skills, empowering them to navigate challenges and shape their futures with confidence.
Leadership
Participants develop leadership, responsibility, and problem-solving skills, empowering them to succeed in work, business, and community settings.
Personalized Support & Opportunity Connections
Through mentorship, AI-powered assessments and coaching, employer partnerships, and entrepreneurship support, participants receive personalized guidance tailored to their goals, current stage, readiness level, and individual needs. Adaptive assessments continuously identify strengths, challenges, and growth opportunities, enabling each young woman to access the learning, support, and economic opportunities most relevant to her journey. WITU connects participants to internships, jobs, freelance work, business support services, and other income-generating opportunities, helping them successfully transition from learning to earning.
